    woot. slowly but surely. I am 5'10 so I can carry a little more weight than most girls. I hate being tall but there ain't a damn thing I can do about it. 69 lbs to go!!! To my first goal. Then 40. Then another 40.

    b- water, multivitamin

    l- vanilla cone/fruit n yogurt parfait

    i don't feel like looking up the calorie totals but i know it's not very much..the cone has like 140 calories...and the parfait has around the same.

    i dont really use this xanga like i intended to. i always forget about it. I just wanna lose weight. I have found the most effective way is to not eat very much. I wish I could do it the healthy way but seriously...when I tried eating normal I "gained" 2lbs in one day. Now I know that's not possible but still! Nobody likes to see the scale move up. It's a downer.

    went to the gym this morning at 5.

    had a protein bar before i went, then cereal and milk afterwards, tried to drink some V8 but it was so nasty i only drank about half.

    looking forward to really doing this, this time.

    wish i wasn't having to worry about money as well right now. its really stressing me out.
